It's that Racing Around Season

If you are like me, your shopping is not done. That in itself is for me unheard of. I shop all year long and am done by mid-October. Someone forgot to put my shopping on auto pilot this year. I did some marathon shopping on Saturday. I feel much better, but still have a list of people to buy for, albeit a shorter list.

My idea of Christmas shopping is to pick out things all year long that I see. Somehow this year I didn't do that. I have a ton of things here now, but I do not like the crowds and am not into the pushing and shoving. Give me mail order any day.

Sales of Out of the Flames were very good in October. As with my sales of Secrets, they seem to fall off after the first two months. I have to find a way to market them.

I am looking into the possibility of attending a mystery writers conference in June. That's in Kentucky. I'll keep you posted on that.

In the meantime we are off to the Cup this week-end. Megan will be competing on Saturday afternoon. We leave on Friday. We are staying in Cincinnati, Ohio for this.
