Uh Oh Someone Has Forgotten to Post

Here it is November and I am just now getting a post in. Things have been busy. Megan had her first gymnastics meet. She had a 36.85 all around score. She has a state meet coming up this week-end. I am looking forward to that. I do hate that she is not competing until about 6pm. That means it will be a late drive back.

School is keeping me busy. I've had several teacher training sessions already and we are looking at more. Most likely won't be done with those until March. I've gotten a couple of new students. Both seem real nice and work very hard...that helps.

I am way behind with my Christmas shopping. In fact, I haven't even started and I am usually done by this time. Yikes!!! I hope to get started real soon.

I am still struggling with weight loss and controlling my diabetes. I am losing inches and that is really starting to show. I am working on how to get the weight down. I'm eating next to nothing so I don't know what to do about the diabetes.

I have become a college student again. I will be taking a class in January. I need to classes to pursue a position as a special education supervisor. I am taking the first. The second I should be able to take on-line. If not, I drive to campus again. Not a big deal. It will just open some different possibilities for me.

I think it is time for me to end before this becomes just rambling. Happy reading, writing, scapbooking, journaling or whatever it is you do to get your creative juices flowing.
